The real time bullion metal spot trading price;
The price based on the London Metal Exchange AM or PM Price Fixes or
The price based on a future date.

(Note: Your items need not be confirmed in order to send them to us, items shipped "open invoice" will be priced upon the time and date of our receipt of them when opened and physically processed unless instructions have otherwise been specified.)

Items to be refined will be priced out according to a date and/or London Fix chosen by you the seller.

(Note: any items, for which a cash advance is requested, must have a confirmation price booked prior to the advance being sent.)

Confirmed quantities may be filled in segments by partially shipments. This is not an advised policy but is available in the event you are unable to totally fill the amount you initially confirmed. If there is an overage above the confirmed amount the balance will be priced according to the date received as discussed above.

If you are unable to fulfill your confirmation and if the market has adversely moved against you; there will be a liability for the difference in the value of the market change. Accordingly you will be liable for the "Long side" increase in the market. Please note that D & Y Trading accepts no obligation on the short side of the market in the event you fail to deliver of fully fulfill the amount of your confirmation. In no circumstance will a confirmation be held open against a shipment not received within 14 days of the date of confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping your material-Packages may be shipped in any manner you choose. The following suggestion and comments are however given as follows: All packages should be sufficiently insured with the carrier you have selected.

Wrap your package safely and securely as to the weight and items you are sending. Although not required, a packing slip or invoice should be enclosed, which in the least gives some information about the weight and description of the items shipped. Also do remember to always enclose your name, address and telephone number (if you wish). Any discrepancies in the stated descriptions or invoiced and/or confirmed weights, counts and contents will be noted and the seller contracted as soon as possible to establish a mutually agreed disposition. You may use any shipping label you wish and are not required to use one generated by our system.
