We efficiently organize the entire event on premises for your convenience and an enjoyable experience while maximizing the most optimal return on the sale of your goods. Best of all virtually all the expenses of the sale are included in our service/consignment agreement.
- Gallery or off-location sales
For those who are not able or simply don't wish to hold an on-site auction, we can easily arrange for the sale of your items at our location or at a location geared to draw the best buyers and subsequent greatest dollar return to you. All transportation, cleanout and pickup services generally provided at no charge when warranted. (Note: this sale method is available for an entire estate/household or for those having just a few items to consign for sale).
- Internet Auctioning
In order to be a full service auction house and unlike many others, we will sometimes affect the sale of some or all of your items over the internet when we feel that a better priced might be fetched on that venue. Additionally we might simultaneously sell your items on the internet and on physical auction location to maximize all sales outlets for the greatest potential return to you.
- Settlement, rates and administration
All auction transactions and sales are documented and verifiable to the consignor and buyer alike with a complete itemization of all items sold. Futhermore, specific documentation for estate, taxable authorities, insurance companies and the like are available when necessary. Settlements and payments to consignors are always made in full within 7-10 days following the sale (payments made by check or if requested, confidentially in cash or gold bullion coins).
Our commission rate is within the industry norm of 25% and generally includes at no cost to the consignor, all advertising (and we advertise extensively), sale preparation, transportation, appraisals, and administration of the sale.
