- Market Value or Cash Value-This is the real world price your items (evaluated individually or collectively) would bring in liquidation for immediate cash.
- Auction Value-The estimated price (or priced in a range) an item would most like fetch if successfully sold at auction.
- Replacement Value- The average price a particular item can be readily purchased for on the open market.
- Wholesale value-the price your goods can competitively or are generally purchased for in quantity at the source of manufacture, distribution or comparatively between dealers (varies according to certain factors such as type, market, availability etc).
- Retail value-the high end value of goods priced according to the average price they would most likely sell for at numerous retail establishments for the general public or the suggested retail price for the marketing of a certain item.
All appraisal services are reportable at different levels such as orally on site or in various written forms from that of a general letter to certificates with detailed descriptions.
Lastly and unlike most appraisers, our fees are nominal and in many instances free. Only certificated and detailed appraisals with lengthy descriptions will result in a charged fee.
